The Day Meeting Package at Glade Springs offers a simplified method of pricing that combines the meeting facilities space, meals, refreshment breaks, standard audio/visual and gratuities into one, all-inclusive price per person. It's an easy, cost-efficient way to budget and plan for day meetings.
The Day Meeting Package includes:
- A Conference Planning Manager to coordinate and assist you in all aspects of your planning and dedicated banquet staff to assist in program execution.
- Meeting room rental for one general session and one breakout room per day set to your specifications with tables, chairs, pads, pencils, ice water, and candies.
