Ride along miles of marked trails that meander along mountain streams and over the hills of the resort's 4,100 acres.
You might choose a romantic carriage ride for two. Or perhaps the whole family will enjoy pony rides, especially popular with our younger guests. Riding lessons are available by appointment.
The Equestrian Center offers packaged group activities that include horseback riding and trail rides. The friendly folks at The Equestrian Center will gladly work to provide you with a truly unique outdoor experience.

1-hour Trail Ride
If you just have a little time, we'll take care of you with our 45-minute trail ride, but truthfully - you'll wish it was longer! $35 per person
1-1/2 hour Trail Ride
On this ride, you'll travel into some of the more scenic areas of Glade Springs. This can be a great family experience to do together. $50 per person
2-hour Trail Ride
This trail ride takes you more off the beaten path - you'll still see our most scenic areas but you'll also venture into some of the less traveled areas of our 4,100 acre West Virginia resort. $60 per person
3-hour Trail Ride
This 1/2 day trip includes riding through the Glade Creek gorge and enjoying lunch beside the stream. Sound good? $95 per person
Carriage Rides
Make any occasion a special one with our Amish-crafted vis-a-vis carriage, with hand stitched velvet interior and gleaming brass lanterns. The carriage seats four adults and two children comfortably. $160 per hour (minimum 2 people, maximum 6)
Pony Rides
Pony rides are available for individuals under 52 inches tall. $15 per person
