The Resort at Glade Springs is proud to announce the return of The Jim Jamieson School of Golf for a third season of golf instruction. Schools are scheduled throughout the summer months and each golf school is specifically designed by age group and varying levels of playing ability.
Trailing Jack Nicklaus by one shot in the third round of the 1972 Masters, Jim Jamieson says he'll never forget sitting in the big green chair of the Masters Press Room.
And you won't soon forget spending the morning with this former PGA Tour champion.
Jamieson, a former tour professional, has a wide range of outstanding credentials, such as member of the World Cup Team, All-American at Oklahoma State, Director of Golf at The Greenbrier, Head Professional at the Pete Dye Golf Club and The Pines Golf Club and a lead instructor for the John Jacobs Golf School.
Jamieson personally conducts each class and is present at all times.
We limit the number of attendees so you can benefit from this personalized golf school. Choose from one or two day programs this summer and play the great Cobb Course, one of West Virginia's finest. Both programs include instruction, 18 holes on the Cobb Course each day plus breakfast and lunch. Dinner is included on the first day of the two-day programs only.

Offered at a most affordable price, the schools are designed to be a fun learning experience for all age levels and playing ability. Take advantage of our "all-inclusive" school packages that includes room accommodations, most meals, all golf instruction and on-course fees.
The one-day school is great for students who are "on the go" and includes one night stay in one of our deluxe accommodations. Start the next morning off with breakfast in our Rotunda restaurant. After breakfast, spend four hours with Jim Jamieson and his teaching staff to work out any kinks in your game. The instruction covers both the short game and long game. After a relaxing great lunch at Bunkers Sports Bar, it's off to the beautiful Cobb Course!

1 Night Package - Double Occupancy $380 per person
If one day isn't enough, try the two-day golf school, which focuses on both the short game and long game, but with a heavier emphasis on your short game. (Golfers, after all, spend most of their shots within 60 yards of the green!) Each day includes four hours with Jim Jamieson and his teaching staff and then golf on the Cobb Course. With 8 hours of instruction, you will definitely see a difference in your game! Lunch is provided each day at Bunkers Sports Bar and dinner is in either Glade's Grill or Bunkers Sports Bar. Golf each day will be played on our award-winning Cobb Course.
